I assist you in creating a space to embrace what we often try to bypass—our feelings, our tears. In allowing them, we open ourselves to the miracles of life. It is through our feelings, and often our tears, that we rediscover peace, love, and joy.
This program unfolds in three deeply personal phases: Education, Preparing for Change, and Finding the Solution. Whether you choose one-on-one coaching or a supportive group setting, sessions can be held virtually or in person—wherever feels safest and most comfortable for you.
Unlike traditional support groups that focus solely on sharing pain, this journey invites you to go deeper and always at your own pace. You won’t just talk about your grief—you’ll take action to heal. Step by step, you’ll be guided through proven practices that gently release the weight of loss, soften anxiety, and help you reclaim joy.
At the heart of this program lies The Grief Recovery Handbook—a compassionate and powerful guide to transformation. But more than a book, more than a program, this is a hand extended to you, offering support, understanding, and a way forward.
